What Are The Bars?

Access Bars is a lovely, gentle, hands-on body process that quiets and calms the mind and slows down brain waves allowing you to become more present and self-aware. It helps you release any points of view or conditioning that could be keeping you stuck. Many people fall asleep or go into a deep meditative state while having their Bars run. It’s very relaxing, soothing and nurturing for your body overall. Best of all, there’s nothing to believe in or join in order for it to work. Transformation naturally evolves over time with no struggling on the part of the recipient. All that is required is for you to relax.

What Happens in an Access Bars Session?

During your session, you’ll lie down fully clothed on a massage table. I’ll gently touch various points on your head for approximately five minutes each. The more you relax and are willing to receive, the greater your results. This is a very gentle process and will not harm you or change anything that you not ready to let go of. You can have your Bars run as often as you would like. In fact, regular sessions tend to create greater results. You can notice changes up to three weeks after one session.

History of Access Consciousness® and Access Bars®

Access Consciousness allows you to change anything you cannot change and to create everything you desire in a different and easier way. The Bars and other Access Consciousness tools were discovered by co-founders Gary Douglas and Dr. Dain Heer. The body process is called the Bars because some of the points on the head resemble bars.
