A Little Bit About Me…..

Hi Friend!

Janice Biondo - Empowerment Coach - HeadshotThanks for checking out my website. I’m so glad you found me here!

Have you ever had the experience of simply being yourself and yet it made others around you uncomfortable? Maybe they even got angry, sad, offended, frustrated or disappointed? I remember experiencing this early on. It hurt being judged and rejected simply for being me. I learned that it’s not safe to be who I am with others.

At that time, I thought I needed some kind of outside approval for survival, to fit in, be accepted and belong. So, I spent a good chunk of my life, making myself small and limited. This way, I wouldn’t be judged and others would feel comfortable in my presence.  In other words, I put myself in a box. I was practicing how NOT to be me.

One thing I appreciate about my life now, is the broad overview and perspective about things. My journey has been about rediscovering who I am, learning to love myself unabashedly and showing up fully in the world. I’ve finally come full circle.

Coaching, Access Bars and Access Body processes have been my favorite tools for empowerment and transformation. They’re fast, easy, simple and best of all they work. It’s a privilege to use these tools with my clients.

As a coach and energy facilitator, my way of working with people is transformative, fun, playful, intuitive and awareness building. This transformation is accomplished through asking questions, practicing deep listening and being the space for change to occur naturally. After our time together, my clients often walk away feeling lighter, clearer and experiencing more peace and ease in their world.

If anything I’ve shared piques your curiosity and you’d like to explore more, consider my offer for a FREE 30 minute DISCOVERY SESSION. Let’s see if we’re a good fit to partner together and which approach would serve you best. Afterwards, I’ll contact you to schedule your appointment. My office is located in Albuquerque, NM. smile

Wishing you all the best….

Gratefully,
Janice
